He started Bansal Neeraj & associates in 1990, and is responsible for the Taxation & advisory services. He is well-recognized in the financial services industry.Neeraj Bansal received a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting in 1986 from University of Delhi, New Delhi and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 1990. He has been instrumental in setting up the Indian Operations of number of Multinational Companies besides handling their taxation matters and Government compliances. He is very familiar with local business practices, local and central Government regulations and have excellent working relationships with local government offices and agencies He is also a member of the Board of Directors of various Companies. He is also actively taking part in the community issues related to the life of people suffering from life threatening diseases and is on the board of management of a Non profit organization as its secretary. Ajay GoelAjay Goel has the overall responsibility for process outsourcing business. He has vast knowledge in the field of finance and accounting functions, including corporate finance, internal/external financial reporting and accounting controls. He is extensively involved in developing and managing customer relations. Ajay Goel joined Bansal Neeraj & Associates in 2003 as Partner.Ajay Goel graduated with a Bachelor’s of Commerce degree in Accounting in 1996 from University of Delhi, New Delhi. He is an expert in doing the Internal Auditing of a number of Indian & multinational companies. He is an associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 2002. Nitin K. GoelNitin K. Goel has overall responsibility for assurance business. He has vast knowledge of the industry, internal/external financial reporting & accounting controls and possesses good analytical skills. Nitin K. Goel joined Bansal Neeraj & Associates in 1996 as Partner.Prior to Bansal Neeraj & Associates, Nitin K. Goel served as Audit Manager at Arun K Gupta & Associates, Chartered Accountants where he worked with a number of large public companies. Nitin K. Goel graduated with a Bachelor’s of Commerce degree in Accounting in 1987 from University of Delhi, New Delhi. He also holds a Masters Degree in Cost & Management Accounts from Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India. He is Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 1996. He also holds a Diploma in Information Systems Audit and also has exposure in SAP FI/CO implementation as a Consultant. |
